Trying to buy a house internationally is impossible! So yes, we are in the process of buying a house. I'm super excited. I'm also getting frustrated. I've been trying to call home inspectors and real estate lawyers for the past couple of days and I feel like I've made no progress. Who knew the easy part would be finding the house and working out the details with the sellers. Does anyone have a good real estate lawyer? or home inspector? If you do please leave a comment or email me.

Mom forwarded pictures and I think it looks like a great house. I'm thinking weekends in Westchester? Oh, and I don't have a good lawyer or inspector, sorry.
Sweet house. I hope that I get to hang out in the tree house in the back.
You're buying the Stratfords' house? Great! Can't wait to see you.
Looks like a real nice place. Hope you are able to get it. It will have plenty of room for the kids to play outside it looks like a pretty good sized yard. Can't wait to get to see all of you.

How exciting! I try not to daydream about owning a house because it seems so far off....
Such an adorable house! I know you will decorate the inside so well. You are so talented. I wish you'd move to Phoenix so you could help me with mine!!
That's exciting about the house. It looks like a nice place. It doesn't seem like an easy process, though. Trying to buy it without being there.
It made me so happy to hear where you are moving! :)
Now maybe I can get to know you better this time around.
I'm married to a fantastic real estate lawyer! hope you have some luck, I imagine house hunting across the ocean presents its fair share of challenges!
