The other reason we went up to Provo. I ran the BAM 5k with my sister in law Kim and her Mom, Kathy. It was a lot of fun but the hardest 3 miles I've ever run. It was so hilly and a trail run. After I felt like I could run anything. Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon anyone?

Way to go Eryka! I would love to do a half marathon with you, but you will have to give me a couple of months to get in shape and we will have to figure out what to do about the distance between us! Miss you so much!
