Last weekend we had a few big things happen...

Friday I finally started feeling better and was able to keep food down all day!  (This is probably the biggest thing)  Actually, it's kind of funny that it took a Burger King whopper to finally heal me.  I think I really am homesick.

Saturday was a yucky rainy day but we still had fun together.

Sunday, was a great Mother's Day.  Drew made a yummy waffle breakfast and the kids made an awesome Dora card for me.  I love how proud they get.

Drew was released as Elder's Quorum President in church.  (This is probably his favorite thing from the weekend.)

After church Drew made a great Steak dinner and we had a few missionaries come by to call home.  One set had an object lesson that the kids totally loved.  (Their favorite activity this weekend.)
Monday was another big day.  We celebrated out 8th anniversary.  We did it in true American style, dinner at TGIFriday's and an american movie, Speed Racer.  It was a lot of fun to spend the day with my best friend and kiddos.  I love you Drew!

Waffle breakfast, steak dinner, Burger King, TGIFriday's, Speed Racer--this is the in, but not of, Spain lifestyle? :)

Congratulations!!! Sorry I never remember to send cards. Sounds like you had a great time for the 8th year.I am really bad at that. Good to hear you are feeling somewhat better. Only one more month and you will be on your way back to the states. Like the pictures you sent. Joaquin I think looks a lot lit Aron. I can see Isaac some in him also.
