Tonight I am very thankful for bedtime. I started a diet and it's making me so sick. I'm
definitely not the girl that starves herself. How do people do it? Anyways, I think it's making me really tired and physically sick. Maybe I should just go back to eating healthy and working out. I'm going to go fall asleep on the sofa watching
tv and waiting for Drew to get home. Good night!

I am definitely not that girl either. All I can do is increase exercise, which is hard to do with kids!

Not that I'm one to give weight loss advice (I sometimes lose it but it always finds me), but have you been to http://www.hungry-girl.com/? I bought her book and I get her daily e-mails. She has some good stuff. Be careful though, because if you lose any weight we might not be able to see you.
Your family is so dang cute. What are you dieting for skinny girl. I always seem to be dieting, 3 kids and almost 30 kind of takes a toll doesnt it.

Diet starts with "die" for a reason! Just eat healthy, and work out. Being fit means having enough energy to keep up with your kids. If you can't do that, then your diet is failing you.
